Conclusion

To conclude, death penalty should be banned in the United States and there are several disadvantages to convict a criminal to death: the ignorance of human rights and innocent defendants, the significant cost of execution and discrimination. Although numerous stats are insistent to abolish capital punishment since they believe this measure against crime and effective to reduce horrible crimes, the fact is, its disadvantages outweigh advantages. In my opinion, criminals could suffer more pain in jail and therefore we can use life imprisonment to take the place of death penalty.
