Human rights

A group of people hold the idea that death penalty is the violation of human rights since they believed that the right of living is the basic right for all human beings and people has no right to kill others. In these experts point of view, capital punishment could be regarded as both physical and mental torture towards criminals. For some developed countries such as Spain, Singapore and Switzerland which have abandoned execution laws in the recent few years, they strongly agreed that capital punishment should be deprived.
