Introduction:

When we are shook by the news that a serial murderer has killed people again after released from prison, or an innocent person who was sentenced to death before the new evidence found, arguments about death penalty has increased. Every countries has faced the problem that how to deal with the extremely bad criminals .Consequently, these societies have decided to use Capital Punishment. In human history, few people have questioned if execution of criminals are justified and humane. On the contrary, a large numbers of societies believed these punishments are necessary since the majorities still fear of dying and it would certainly prevent someone from committing a crime. In my point of view, I quite agree with the statement that capital punishment should be banned and the reasons are chiefly as follows.
